· Bai Mansion, originally named Xiangshan Villa, was initially the villa of warlord Bai Ju before being converted into a Kuomintang prison—a two-story building.
· This is where the story of “Little Radish Head” (Song Zhenzhong, the youngest martyr in Chinese revolutionary history) took place. It once held Communist Party members and became the site of martyrdom for many heroes, carrying far greater historical significance than its value as a scenic spot.
· The site is divided into two paths (left and right), both requiring climbing stairs. On the left, visitors can tour Xiangshan Villa, which was essentially where “political prisoners” were detained. On the right, climbing the mountain leads to the execution site of Yang Hucheng (a prominent Kuomintang general) and the location where Little Radish Head was killed.
