It is the general term for Longmen Gorge, Bawu Gorge and Dicui Gorge in the lower reaches of the Daning River flowing through Wushan County.

Compared with the grandeur and majesty of the Three Gorges of the Yangtze River, the Lesser Three Gorges appear to be more beautiful, delicate and elegant.

Due to the narrow 河道 and the large variation in water flow, the Lesser Three Gorges have become an excellent place for rafting and are known as the best rafting scenic area in China.
